This morning I ran 2.5 miles and it sucked. It was so cold. When I finished my run, my face was stinging from the cold. My upper lip and nose were in some serious pain. I don't know why it was so cold, but that was no fun.
Tomorrow, I drive up to Utah to get January and the kids. My goal is to drive back tomorrow as well. Sunday, I'll go for my big 4.5 - 5 mile run.
